Safety, hygiene and returns
When should I start baby proofing?
Most families start when a baby begins crawling, usually somewhere between six and ten months. Outlet covers and cabinet latches are the two jobs worth doing first because they cover the two hazards at floor level.
Do the cabinet latches need screws?
It varies by product and is stated on each listing. Adhesive latches suit rented apartments; screw-mounted ones hold better on heavy doors.
Are the thermometers medical devices?
They are consumer thermometers for home use. They give a reading — they do not give a diagnosis. Contact a paediatrician about any reading that concerns you.
Can I return an opened item?
For hygiene reasons we can only accept unopened returns, within 30 days of delivery. Return postage is yours for a change of mind; we cover it if the item is faulty or we sent the wrong one.
Is the hair oil safe for infants?
Follow the age guidance printed on the product itself and patch test first. We repeat the maker's stated age range on the product page rather than broadening it.
How fast do orders arrive?
1-2 business days to pack and 3-7 in transit, so 4-9 business days in total anywhere in the United States.
